OTR Team and Regional Company Driver Requirements:
- Possess and maintain Class A CDL
- Must have at least 1+ years of verifiable Class A driving experience
- Compliant with DOT driver qualifications
- Exceptional driving record for the last 3 years
- Pass employment background verification, alcohol/substance abuse testing history, MVR reports, and criminal background history checks
- Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment including hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, hand tools, etc. Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Requires ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc., using feet or hands and arms.
- Requires ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, bending, stooping, crouching, or running on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces
